Does your pet have a skin condition?

20 years ago we left a cold climate to reside in tropical North Queensland with our 16 month old long haired German Shepherd called Khan.

Arriving in the middle of summer, not only did Khan experience the life of the tick, within 12 months he had developed severe skin conditions and hair loss.

It was the stories from vets and friends that brought the determination to find a cause and possibly a cure to help our much loved family member.

My first step was a Hydro-bath for dogs and cats.  It was only after the use of various products that I discovered what worked for Khan as an individual, was not necessarily the answer for other dogs.

Another thing I discovered, was the environment as well as parasite and food quality could be contributing factors.

We had Khan for 13 years.  His last years were in comfort due to the diagnosis of parasite allergies and the relief he received from parasite prevention, shampoo's and specialised food.

I now have 2 other German Shepherds, of which one also has bad allergies, particularly food and environmental.
