How much is Postage or Shipping?

A minimum postage/shipping rate of $7.95 applies.

More Than Paws primarily use Australia Post for the dispatch of orders.

However, based on the weight of certain products, we may opt to send order by courier.

If we need to send your order in two separate shipments, no additional charges will apply. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is usually within 2 - 5 business days.

Most orders are dispatched 24 - 48 hours after placement.

Some orders may be dispatched separately, to ensure that you at least get part of your order within a reasonable time.

If your order is received on a weekend or a public holiday, it will not be processed until the next business day.

If your order is delayed in anyway, you will be informed within 24 hours.

Do I have to order online?

No.

All orders are able to be taken by phone.

Credit Card payments can be made at the time of ordering, and are done directly with Westpac. We do not keep your Credit Card details.

If you prefer to make payment by way of Direct Debit, your order will not be dispatched until proof of payment.

What if you don't have what I am looking for?

If you can't find what you are looking for or it isn't on our website,

please Contact Us and we will endeavour to sourch the product for you at a competitive price.

Your query will be answered within 24 hours.

If I pay by Direct Debit, will it delay my order?

If you choose to pay by Direct Debit rather than Credit Card, your order will not be dispatched until we have proof of payment.

Some transfers may not appear in our Bank Account for 24 hours.

Emailing us a confirmation of payment or a receipt will ensure quicker dispatch.

Do you supply Overseas?

No.
